Replace your current Waste Oil Burner Gun with a new, more reliable one! Many existing fuel oil or wood fired systems can be converted, we can help you with the details! (Propane or natural gas systems generally are not able to handle burning waste oil and are not recommended for conversion).
Designed and built with relability and ease of service in mind. Other designs use old technology, electrical controls, and a preheater block that is always on. This cooks the oil and forms sludge in the oil passages. These blocks are difficult to remove and clean, requiring several hours of service.
Our Patent Pending design uses modern high-tech electronics with our exclusive circuitry, that does not heat the oil until a demand for heat is received. Oil sludge buildup in the preheater is virtually eliminated.
If the preheater block ever does require service, simply remove the blast tube. You will find easy access through a removable cover plate, for quick easy cleaning. It takes about 20 minutes, if you ever find it necessary.
Our Auto Care USA model WB1000 can be matched to your BTU requirements from 500K BTU to 1 Million BTU. If you need a lower BTU output choose our model WB450 which can be matched to your BTU requirements from 100K BTU to 500K BTU.
Here is a simple formula to get a rough idea of how much BTU output your space requires:
Space Length x Width x Average Ceiling Height = Cubic Feet x 3.5 = Approximate BTU Requirements (Assumes a reasonably well insulated space.)
Here is a rough idea what size chimney will be required based on BTU output of the gun for proper draft:
- Up to 200K BTU 6"
- 250-350K BTU 8"
- 400-600K BTU 10"
- 700-1000K BTU 12"
A barometric pressure damper installed in the chimney is always recommended and helps prevent carbon monoxide from entering the building during windy "downdraft" conditions. Depending on your system a draft inducer fan may also be required. Contact us for more information.
